Currently I am working on the project of "Computation Platform and Network Design for Particle Experimental Physics". Here is a short introduction:
Modern particle physical experiments, for example HADES and PANDA at GSI, BESIII at IHEP, produce large amounts of event data (up to 200GBytes/s). Among all of these events, only a small proportion is of interest due to its particular physics content and should be selected in realtime for later analysis and storage. Thus an extremely powerful computation platform is needed to achieve the high processing requirements for different algorithms, such as pattern recognition, tracking, etc.. Then the expected work will be focused on implementing the processing algorithms and building the high performance computation network.
My research interests also include:
    Adaptively Reconfigurable Computing
    Embedded Systems HW/SW Co-design
