- Project description:
The aim of this research effort is to create scaleable,
location aware computing environment (devices and a space for
them to operate in) and then experiment with the uses of
location awarness.
The project is being performed by The Institute for Telecommunications Research
at Wollongong University, Australia; the Computer Communication Systems Lab at
KTH in Sweden; and the HP Palo Alto Research Lab. The project is in cooperation
with the Interactive Multimedia Learning Laboratory at Wollongong University,
Australia.

Previous student reports
G. Q. Maguire Jr. particpated in U.S. National Science Foundation workshop which
examined the effect of architecture, building operations, and
communications. This work has already effected this Location Aware
