This is not really a part of the F550-project, but it became a part of it as a necessary prerequisite.
Since I moved to Östberga with my girlfriend (now wife) one room has been reserved as workroom. So far, it has just been used for storage, but this multirotor project made me to pull myself together and set up a proper workbench.
The space between the computer cabinet (left) and the safe (right) is going to become the workspace.
My first atempt to clean the place up failed due to lack of storage for all the things. So the first thing I did was to get two overhead cabinets (IKEA "METOD") for storage.
Work lights are four halogen spotlights attached to the underside of the cabinets.
The transformers for the halogens are in an electric box at inside of the right wall of the right cabinet with the light switch on the outside.
The finished workbench.
The most difficult part was to shorten the bench itself by about 20 cm to fit in between the safe and the cabinet.
Now, let the real work begin.
