Uzkadia
Uzkadia is the most civilized country on the continent. The land is ruled by two persons, the first speaker and first thinker of Uzkadia. The thinker is always the high priest of Yvlum and the speaker is chosen during general ellections. Uzkadia's goverment is backed by the Yvlum priests and very stable. The priests never lies and keeps the law in tune with the society. The current speaker is the political genius Indbam Iglion. His skill is legendary and few doubts that he will keep his place as long as he wants. The current high priest of Yvlum is actually a female. Her name is Vindia Hofort and she fairly new on the job. Even if she has only had the seat for a few years she is very suited for the job and nobody dares to challenge her.

The Guild of magic has a gigantic fortress in the capital that serves as the Guild's center in the area. The main research topic is mentalist spells but most forms of magic are present here. The leader of the spellusers is Zundor Iru, a skilled Seer of gnome blood. Zundor is a very good friend to Vindia Hofort and actually often involved in the politics of the region.

Important places

The hill of the past
A large hill surrounded by a swamp in the center of Uzkadia. The hill is filled with strange stones that sticks up from the ground. On some stones there are strange runes that today lacks meaning. People that have dared to stay during the night reports that the hill is surrounded by a stange light. The Guild of magic speaks about invastigating the hill once for all but many fears that some unknown danger will wake if somebody starts digging in the ground.
