am a Lecturer in Division of Commuication
Systems, Department of Computer Science, at
the School
of EECS at KTH Royal
Institute of Technology in Stockholn, Sweden. I have been
working at KTH since May 2009. In September 2013, I was qualified as
Docent.
I received
the Ph.D.
degree in Industrial Engineering from Korea
Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Korea
in 2005. From
2005
to
2007, I was a senior engineer in Samsung Electronics, Korea, where
I
participated in the development and commercialization of Mobile WiMAX
system. In 2008, I was a visiting researcher at the Institute
for
Digital Communications (IDCoM), the University
of Edinburgh,
UK. For more

research interests include
- future wireless technologies and architecture
- efficient use of radio spectrum
- energy efficient wireless systems
- AI-assisted wireless networking
